皇晶科技(Acute)於 1996 年成立，一直專注於 PC-Based 量測儀器開發。產品為數位儲存示波器、邏輯分析儀、資料產生器。本公司重視技術研發，在 TravelScope 示波器系列產品，有最高 1GHz 取樣率、200MHz 頻寬、2 通道函數訊號產生器。在 TravelLogic 邏輯分析儀系列產品，有最高 4GHz 取樣率及多種串列匯流排觸發功能、專利韌體線上下載、轉態儲存(資料壓縮)、與各廠牌示波器堆疊成 MSO 功能、滑鼠拖動波形及滾輪放大縮小波形、免費匯流排分析功能等等。堅持台灣研發，台灣製造之高品質量測儀器。
